About Ryan G. Dayvault: Family, Friends, & Kannapolis
For those who know me well, you know that family is of upmost importance to me. Just as my great-great grandparents who were a part of one of Kannapolis' original families, I believe strongly in the importance of family in all peoples lives, knowing that family has the strongest influence in how people develop in this world. Some folks are unfortunate in that they do not have families to lean on when times get tough and in good times. I have been fortunate enough to have a very strong family, between my parents, late grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins, and for that I am very thankful. Along with family, having great friends is just as important. I believe that no one in this world has within them all the answers to all problems, so being able to surround yourself with family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers who can offer support and knowledge is the strongest way decisions can be made about our community for the benefit of the public at-large. I will not, and do not pretend to, have all the answers about the issues facing our community, but trust that I will make the best decision and will not be bought by anyone, regardless of economic status, etc. These strong values that I hold close to my heart are the means to which I believe as your Councilman, I will be the guiding force that will lead our community back to the strong economic powerhouse that it used to be.
